Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

For hygiene reasons, the product can only be returned if it has never been opened or used, and only if:

• the protective seal is intact,
• the pot has not been opened,
• the product is in perfect condition.

Return procedure

To make a return:

• Send a request to contact@lebaumematifiant.fr indicating your order number.
• Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

Refund

The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the product and verification of its condition.

If the product is opened, used or damaged , no refund can be made.
