Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations between Le Baume Matifiant, hereinafter "the Seller", and any person making a purchase on the website www.lebaumematifiant.fr, hereinafter "the Client".

Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products

Le Baume Matifiant offers for sale a cosmetic mattifying balm intended for shaved scalps, with or without tricopigmentation.

The essential characteristics of the product (composition, price, capacity, usage tips) are indicated on the product sheet. Photographs are illustrative but accurately reflect the product sold.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

Delivery fees are added during the checkout process and clearly displayed before payment.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in force at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order

The ordering process involves several steps:

  • The Client selects the product.
  • They validate their cart.
  • They fill in their personal information and address.
  • They choose their delivery method.
  • They proceed to payment.

The order confirmation constitutes a sales contract.

5. Payment

Payments are secured via the solutions available on Shopify:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex…)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Other Shopify compatible methods

The debit is made immediately after payment validation.

6. Delivery

Le Baume Matifiant ships its products to mainland France and, depending on the available options, to other destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Colissimo without signature: 2 to 4 working days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the period or carrier constraints.

Delivery fees are displayed during the order. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Withdrawal (Right of return)

In accordance with the law, the Client has a period of 14 days after receiving the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

For hygiene reasons, the product can only be returned if it has never been opened or used, and if the protective seal is intact.

Returns must be made to the address communicated by customer service. Return costs are the responsibility of the Client.

After receipt and verification of the product, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days.

8. Warranty

Le Baume Matifiant benefits from legal guarantees:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-17 of the Consumer Code)
  • Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)

9. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting in particular from:

  • improper use of the product,
  • an allergy unknown to the Client,
  • non-compliance with usage instructions.

The Client is invited to check the composition before use.

10. Personal Data

The information collected during the order is necessary for its processing. It is managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

11. Intellectual Property

The entire website, logo, visuals, and textual content are the exclusive property of the Seller. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.

If no agreement is reached, the Client may refer the matter to:

  • the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform,
  • or the competent courts of the Client's place of residence.
